With October slipping away, it is time to gear up for our Orchestra Silent Auction and Dinner! We are excited about this fun event that raises funds for our department with auctioned baskets. This year’s event will include dinner before the start of our December 16th concert.
We are asking each family to donate items by December 9th. CLICK HERE for information flyer.
Thank you for your support for our amazing students!!
Do you have a special talent? Do you have memorabilia collecting dust? Do you own a condo that you could share for a weekend, give lessons, make art or tutor? Consider donating your items, time and talent for our Winter Silent Auction. OR ask the concert hall, restaurant or coffee shop you frequent to donate a little something for our kids (USE TAX FORM for businesses). Items collected will be put into a variety of baskets for the auction. Money will go directly to our Orchestra’s education and travel fund.
NEW THIS YEAR: Student auction table for individual travel account. Students can bake cookies, babysit, make jewelry or donate a lesson (etc) to go toward their own travel. (Turn in DONATION FORM by December 9 -even if you are bringing items (like cookies) that night.
*We are asking that each family donate to our Orchestra Silent Auction (does not need to be a complete basket).
You can choose to bring items that fit the theme list below or bring something entirely different. Deliver (along with DONATION FORM to Dr. L’s office) by DECEMBER 9.
